InReach provides a wide variety of supports and services across the lifespan for individuals with intellectual/development disabilities and their families. Services take place in a wide variety of settings based on the needs of the individual, the funding requirements and in some instances, availability of housing.

We focus on each individual’s unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right supports, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate. Using the Person-Centered Plan or Individual Support Plan as the map, we provide choice and ensure a good fit between the individual’s personal preferences and support needs and the staff providing supports.
