OUR MISSION

InReach is a recognized leader in providing housing, employment, and community support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Charlotte/Mecklenburg and nearby counties.

Living support was provided to 84 individuals in our 24/7 staffed group homes, while 67 individuals received staff assistance to help them live independently in apartments or condominiums.

235 individuals were provided with job support, helping them secure employment, complete job training, and thrive as valued members of their company’s workforce.

Our Misson

Provided assistance to over 400 individuals, covering expenses such as rent, utilities, therapy sessions, car repairs, and more through our First In Families project.
