Position: Weekend Relief Manager

Department: Group Homes

Description: This part-time position provides the Group Home Manager with time off every other weekend. The Weekend Relief Manager is responsible for providing support and training to individuals with Intellectual and other Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting. Duties include supporting 5-6 customers with daily living skills training such as cooking, household cleaning, personal care & hygiene; provide community recreational activities; administering medication and documentation of weekend activities. Must be willing to drive a full-size passenger van.  

Qualifications: Applicant must have high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license and a clear criminal background. One-year experience in Human Services prefered.

Location: Charlotte

Schedule: 34.5 hours every other weekend; Friday 6pm- Sunday 6:30pm, working every other weekend, Friday and Saturday night sleep-over at the home required.

Rate: $10.25 per hour.
