Job Description: Supervises daily management of the Community Outreach Division; Maintains a person-centered planning approach that emphasizes community integration and individual legal rights; Organizes and completes paperwork; Develops and maintains relationships with customers, guardians and other professionals; Maintains customer records; Maintains quality staff; and Maintains professional and technical knowledge. DSP (direct support professional) duties will be required, as needed.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age; Possess a baccalaureate degree; Two or more years of supervised direct habilitative experience working with persons with developmental disabilities (Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional); 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience; Have use of a vehicle 24 hours per day and be able to travel to the home of any customer at any time; Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
(some weekends, nights, and on call if needed)
