Position: Part-Time Relief Manager

Department: Group Homes

Description: This part-time position provides the Group Home Manager with time off each day. The Part-Time Relief Manager is responsible for providing support to individuals with Intellectual and other Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting. Duties include supporting 6 male customers with daily living skills training such as cooking, household cleaning, personal care & hygiene; provide community recreational activities; administering medication, and provide documentation of daily activities.

Qualifications: Applicant must have high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license and a clear criminal background. One-year experience in Human Services required.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 4pm-9pm, with some variation possible.

Rate: $10.25 per hour.
