Position: Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)

Description: This full-time position provides fill-in every weekend for Group Home staff vacancies and staff out on leave. The CSC is responsible for providing support to individuals with Intellectual and other Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting. Duties include supporting 5-6 customers with daily living skills training such as cooking, household cleaning, personal care & hygiene; provide community recreational activities; administering medication, and provide documentation of daily activities.
Qualifications: Applicant must have high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license and a clear criminal background. One-year experience in Human Services required.
Additional Requirements: Must be able to do overnights and willing and able to travel to all our Group Homes in Charlotte.
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: 34.5 hours every weekend. Fri 6:00pm - Sun 6:30pm. Sleepover required every Friday and Saturday night.
Rate: $10.25 per hour.
