Job Title: Community Coach

Description: EMPLOYEE - Part-time position providing support/training to assist an individuals who have an Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities during various community activities throughout the week.  Activities could be at home, in the community or at a vocational setting. 
Qualifications: One year experience working with I/DD population, High school diploma or GED, maintain safe driving record, have reliable transportation. 
Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, typically Mon-Sat daytime depending on individual receiving supports.
