COVID-19 Update
The InReach Administrative offices and Day Support Centers at 146 Winchester Ave. in Monroe and 520 Clanton Rd. Suite A in Charlotte are open.
Effective March 7th, 2022 the following protocols are now in place:
For those visiting our Administrative offices:
• Masks will be optional for fully vaccinated individuals
• Individuals who are not vaccinated are still required to wear masks
Visitors to any site must show proof of vaccination or agree to wear a mask
• We continue to strongly encourage any staff or customer who is immunocompromised to wear a mask
• If anyone feels sick, please stay home
• The Kiosks are closed until further notice
• Hand sanitizer will be available at all sites and we encourage everyone to continue using it
• Masks are also available at all sites
For Day Support/Activity Centers: (open 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)
• Masks will be optional for fully vaccinated individuals
• Any Staff/customer who is not vaccinated must continue to wear a mask
• Visitors to any site must show proof of vaccination or agree to wear a mask
• Temperature checks and self-assessments will continue at Group Homes, AFLs,
and Activity Centers until further notice

• Maximum occupancy for Clanton Rd. is 75
• Maximum occupancy for Monroe is 50
• Customer/LRP consents to attend the Center are required in advance
• A Covid-19 Risk Assessment form and temperature check will be required before entering the centers
• Tours of the centers are available by appointment. Please contact Taliah or Dawn above
For Group Homes:
• Masks will be optional for fully vaccinated individuals
• Any Staff/customer who is not vaccinated must continue to wear a mask
• Visitors to any site must show proof of vaccination or agree to wear a mask
• Temperature checks and self-assessments will continue at Group Homes, AFLs,
and Activity Centers until further notice
• No more than 4 visitors will be allowed in the group home at one time
• Staff will continue with current protocols of disinfecting the home and utilizing hand sanitizer regularly
• Regular community outings will resume and residents are going back to work and volunteer activities
First in Families:
• First in Families will continue receiving applications electronically or can be dropped off at the Park Rd. office (4530 Park Rd.)
We value the health and well-being of each individual receiving services from InReach and our staff. We will continue working with and receiving guidance from local, state and national health agencies to assist us until the Covid-19 crisis has ended. Our intention is for our staff to continue providing community supports and services as best we can, and keeping in mind that the safety of individuals is still of utmost priority.
