Director, Group Home Department

Elizabeth has been part of the InReach community since 1996, where she began in community-based services. She was the first Director of First in Families with InReach and is currently the Director of the Group Home Department.

Elizabeth has a core belief in self-determination and was part of the team that secured the first Self Determination grant at InReach. She has been a volunteer with Forest Hill Church and was involved in the establishment of Circle of Friends there. Passionate about wellness, Elizabeth is a certified yoga instructor and adaptive yoga. She was instrumental in launching the Moove It committee at InReach, promoting health and wellness for staff and customers of InReach.

Today Elizabeth continues her interest in Self Determination on the Council of Quality and Leadership Committee and Best Practice Committee. In 2021, she achieved CQL Personal Outcome Measures® Interviewer Certification.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Psychology from Florida State University and a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University.
