Dina has worked for InReach since 2016. In her position, she oversees the Community Outreach Department in Mecklenburg County, providing Medicaid C Innovation Waiver services. Dina has worked as both a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Qualified Professional (QP) in Group Homes and Day Support Programs in North Dakota and North Carolina since 2012.

Dina earned her BA in Sociology from the University of North Dakota and her MBA in Healthcare Management. She is a graduate of Leadership Cabarrus Class of 2019.
