Beth has been with InReach since 2010. In her position, she is responsible for overseeing human resources, training and development. Prior to coming to InReach, Beth worked for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and was a Human Resources Specialist and Trainer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of SC.

Beth serves on the Mecklenburg Cultural Competence Provider Council, is an active member of NC Sibs, and volunteers with the NC Down’s Syndrome Association. Beth studied at Appalachian State University and is a SHRM Certified Professional
